Crafty

I created Crafty to give audiences a chance to see their favorite celebrities in a more relaxed and creative setting.
Inspired by the entertainment industry's "crafty" table, where talent grabs snacks between shoots, Crafty puts a playful twist on the concept by having guests complete simple craft projects while we chat. Whether we're decorating photocards, designing T-shirts, drawing binder covers, or making party hats, each activity is inspired by the project they're promoting.
I wanted to create a space where conversations feel natural, personality-driven, and fun. By keeping guests' hands busy, Crafty encourages candid moments, unexpected stories, and a deeper connection between the audience and the talent.

Language Quiz
Role: Producer
Language Quiz was an existing format on A*Pop that I further developed by expanding its focus to include a wider range of languages from the Asian diaspora. I also introduced celebrity guests and judges, creating new opportunities for talent-driven storytelling and audience engagement.
The format is fun, lighthearted, and relatable. While it explores the common experience of feeling disconnected from a heritage language, it approaches the topic with humor and encouragement rather than judgment. By highlighting both the challenges and successes of language learning, the series reminds audiences that cultural identity is a journey and that they're not alone in navigating their connection to their heritage.
I continue to produce new episodes of Language Quiz to spotlight more languages, cultures, and communities that are often underrepresented in mainstream media. Through the series, I hope to create opportunities for audiences to celebrate cultural diversity while learning more about the richness of the Asian diaspora.
